HOW MUCH WILL THIS COST ME?
We don't charge anything upfront, so there is no out of pocket expense or risk to you. Once funds are retrieved we will take the agreed percentage. If there are no funds you pay nothing, we don’t get paid either. We pay all legal costs our of our portion.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY FUNDS?
The process varies by state, but typically takes between 60-180 days if there are no complications. We will work diligently on your claim to provide a speedy turnaround time.
HOW DO I KNOW THIS IS LEGIT?
We take pride in assisting individuals and small businesses in recovering money that is rightfully theirs. With help from our accounting and legal partners, we go the extra mile in helping find and recover your funds. We also do not charge any upfront costs, so there is no risk to you.
CAN’T I DO THIS ON MY OWN?
Yes you can, you'll just have to pay all the cost, incur all the risks, and put in the time and work necessary to get your money back. Any and all attorney/legal fees will be your responsibility. The other option is to hire someone like us with the experience and expertise to do it for you, all with no out of pocket cost to you. We only get paid once we recover your funds.
